Please someone help me!  icon_pleeease.gif

I was  writing the chapter of my dissertation, I had the original file named chapter 1 in Disk D and then when I was trying to save the modifications it didn't want to, saying there was a problem! Okay, so there was a rescue file and it was named Rescue.asd I said I'll change it back later and continued working.

Then, I had to install Windows 7 and with it Microsoft Office 2013. Of course I had all my files in Windows.old but when I tried opening that .asd file I couldn't 22.gif

Bref, I can't have the modification I spent all yesterday morning writing and I don't even have a draft on paper

Pleaaaaaaaaaaaase would someone help me cry.gif

Didn't work either. I tried, open and repair, saving the file in Notepad in Unicode then opening it in Word, copying and pasting, changing the extension to .doc...

Now if you can help me with the encoding.. I can see the parts of document that were written in French characters just the Arabic characters that are a mess
