secondly, we know this guy chaouia, we've invited him to join our forums but he refused.
thirdly, 2 yrs ago I remember that all the french people I dealt with that had paypal, were unverified. France credit check system was different to that of the US, Canada and UK. So I aint sure if this has changed since.
Fourthly, if someone is willing to help, it's for sabili llah and its your intentions that count regardless if you are being scammed or not.
Fifthly, it doesn't state that these people are in France. They could be in Alger for all we know... I would have thought that Algerian doctors should be able to handle this condition.
And finally, if this brother is reading this thread; in the UK we received many cases like these of children in Afghnistan and pakistan which are rare and the brothers donated generously. So All this brother has to do is announce on Friday prayers around some mosques and he'll see the help he'll get.

Mounib is two years an Algerian child and in danger. He suffers, since his birth from whats called orphan disease: the myéloméningocèle 1, the most serious form of Spina bifida, a congenital malformation. It touches the meninges and appears by large tumor growth that grows from the bottom of the back causing him incontinence, a variable immobility according to case, but especially of the unbearable pain. The myéloméningocèle is a rare disease, but it it is not uncurable however. If the child is operated on urgency, there are strong chances that it can be drawn out. Otherwise, he has possible risks of paralysis his whole life, or worse death.
what the parents fear most for Mounib, who they have the bad luck of being poor and living in a country where the public health services do not have necessary competences to take the care of this professionaly, with their battered child.
Mounib needs to go to France, Belgim, usa, or Canada. any of these can help him, there are 2 hospitals here in the states waiting for him and will treat him free, one being in dc the other in the west coast where an american doctor needs his medical information, and family information to make the correct papers for a medical visa, i have been asking at the embassy here in dc (algerian one) if they can help. they are also on his case and trying to get all the information needed, the family needs funds for tickets, and whatever medicine costs there will be. so who ever can donate the paypal addy is on the video link sister jannah posted, also you can email for more details
and need lots of prayers for this baby to inchallah get the help he and his family needs

So a brief translation of this is that the father (Idris) had to use the media in order to get help for his ill son. The situation of his son (Khaled Bounab) is worsening daily. An organisation which goes by the name: NAIFI which specialises in this type of illness has expressed its opinion in a letter sent to the family that they will take care of Khaled and that he is to be brought to France for examination. Doctors believe that Khaled's condition is in someway complicated and further tests will need to be applied.
So Chaouia, I want to clear something up. Is this the same kid? because the one on the video is called Mounib.

to clear things up, there are two babies who are in need of help, but the one we need to help is mounib( real name is Ferchichi Tayeb Mounib) i have contact with his family daily, and trying to find a way and funds to help out this baby get the medical surgery he needs to remove this tumor before its too late, i have varified all things are true about this baby, expcept the fact, what the family told me "they are not recieving any funds from paypal" that is posted on youtube, I would encourge all to not send money till i talk to this man from youtube myself
and all funds should not be stoped but sent to the family directly so they can start saving and see how much more is needed ok
you may contact me for the number to talk to the family in person, and they can tell you where they live, and how you can help send money to them.
you may also contact chaouia or fatony on what other things they need to help out, this is a very important thing, and we need to do this fast cause he is getting worse.
may allah bless all of you for your help and kindness
