Wicked diet !

Hey folks, i've just invented a wicked diet and it works just fine :

A toasty in the morning, a nice salad for lunch then some fruit for dinner ! i lost 4 kgs in three weeks!.. so far so good :wink:

dats not called a diet its callled starvation!!!!!!

any1 ever been on the "special k drop a jean size diet?" u eat 2 bowls of cereal and one small meal a day, duh your gona drop a jean size if u starv your self like that!!!! dumnes, 4get the diets pppl eat eat eat ,

lol ok some 1 is showing off :wink: so wat wud u recomend for a beginer like me to do if i waned to start working out? since u seem to b a pro

An average adult has to work out for at least half an hour a day so i'd suggest that you run about 3 times a week for about a month then start thinking of joining a gym.
I personally run every single day and i also do some other exercises on the side : swimming, weight lifting etc..
Whatever you do, do it gradually and the most important thing is :arrow: watch your diet and forget about those oops Krispy cremes donuts :wink:

hmm it's a danish way to talk.. sorry..

well, eat as much as u can of fruits and khothra that has lots of H2O.. such as khyar, tomatos, orange ect.. change chips and candies with fruits ect..

Fresh fruit & veggie is all i eat my dear :wink: ..well i eat some meat as well but only at lunch time..
