This is one of specialization of the breed - draw the cart. From the history of these dogs - they were farmer's dogs in Switzerland, they were used for guard, cart drafting (with milk) and sometime even like nannie for children left alone at home. These dogs were used like horses to transport the produce.
And i can say that they love it, and doing it with pleasure. They enjoying to work, so I have this cart for my dog's pleasure, for more activity and she love it. One my dog just love to carry bag and I always have not big bag for her, to give when i'm returning from the shop, she is so proud of it and so happy then can help me to carry the bag (but she don't like to draw the cart). The other my dog love to draw the cart, she don't like to carry bag.

aah ok, yes they say working dogs, bred for it, like to be helpful and active. Where I lived in Wales, someone had a sheepdog and he tried to round up the people like they were sheep :D
