there are days where i drink A LOT and there are days where i drink about 5 only, but usually @ the dinner table i have at least 2 b4 i gt up.

There was a time when I used to make myself drink 8 cups a day. But lately, I just forget and go without for days!

This is something I hate myself for. I try and try but fail.. no matter what I do, I always forget to drink the appropriate amount :(

I drink 2-3 lires per day. Consumption varies day to day depending on wether I have been exercising/working and can increase during the summer.

I am totally addicted to that strawberry flavoured water. I usually goto the wholesaler (they do good deals especially when its near the best before date) and buy a few crates and store them wherever I can. I just finished one right now infact...

this flavoured water doesnt do it for me Mohammed. I remember about 10yrs ago, morissons used to sell this water which had peach flavour (probably still there today). That was acceptable.

- 1 glass at breakfast for my vit. supplements.
- 1 glass at lunch..sometimes 2..
- 1 glass at dinner time..sometimes 2..
- New habit: 1 glass before bed.

So I have 4 glasses a day for sure..

Done is better than perfect.

Iron I'm not sure cz I ddnt check up on it, Vitamin D and calcium, both are low according to blood test.. Vit. D due to not enough exposure to the sun, a major problem in ME for ladies anyway.

Well you need to eat dairy products and drink milk for Calcium.
As for vitamin D, you have a garden.. sit outside for 20mins a day. Vitamin D is made only when u are exposed to the sun. It is your skin reacting to the ultra violet sun rays. So no tablet can be taken to compensate.
