Aghrum. First time I hear this word..it's in kbayliya right?

Looks delicious though, haven't had homemade bread in agggggesssssss.

Done is better than perfect.

Yes Aghroum is the the Kabyle word for bread. This one is a dry galette stuffed otherwise known as kesra or khoubz ftira or khoubz ftir. It"s not Matlou. But Matlou is easily stuffed too. thank you all for commenting. =)

Wait... isn't that what they call 'pizza kbayle' in Algeria..Grandma used to make it all the time..Miss her cooking so much! :(
I tried it today with mattlou3..Tasted nice but jaat tqila chwiya..I think I'll stick to kesra next time!
